Ganguly was like a qualified Architect, graduated from a notable college, well dressed excellent communication and aggressive... can deliver more than expected. but little superiority feeling and didn't know/accept his limitations. Dhoni is like a head mason (taapimestry). rusty... casual... nonchalant... but he does the job... surprisingly he can communicate well... not only about his English speaking ability... but his overall grasp over the things... sports wise or personal wise... and he clearly knows his limitations and other's. these both guys are the best things happened to the Indian cricket... | ||

Always picked good players, made quick changes when needed, example yousuf pathan with Raina in world cup. Pushed himself up the order, when needed ... like in finals.
