go ahead. try to negotiate with prime vendor itself,convince him if he can file. They have direct relation with client so easily 3 years and stamping will be also easy. stop thinking about GC etc at this nascent stage, you are just into 1st year, you have long innings to play. if prime is not interested, then choose your employer who is in your mind. | ||

1st point. I wont advice you to tinker with your existing h1b which you got for 3 years. try to maximize benifit on it. 2nd point. Change only if it adds any significant benifit to you like (1 layer cutting etc and you are moving up ahead in the chain). 3rd point: expedite premium and you will get result in 10-15 days, if its straight forward case. rfe's means it takes extra 1 month. since you are already contuning work in same proj, once everything is Approved, simply write a PO to the new comp. You need not pay anything, just they can hold off some money,as a balance reverse. 4th point: Change only if its absolutly required. Dont change for $5 or $10. its not worth the peace mind. my 2 bytes | ||

helloworld..u may get lucky..but u never know..already passport extension apply chesi unte..and if u dont have time for h1, just apply silently..if u r lucky they will give full 3 yrs..worst case upto passport date..ante tappa passport renewal lo undi ante matram 3 yrs ivvaru..wats the gaurentee to them that ur passport will be extended? | ||
