Women are great operations managers, might not to be that great for problem solving but are very good in managing the couple. The same applies for american women managers. Indian women managers are very reliable and seem more committed. They are good in whipping the butt of the slackers and the inefficient. I could be wrong here, maybe the women managers i worked with were outliers. | ||
