Parliament made few amendments to anti defection law in 2003.. So it is just impossible for jagan to make MLA's vote against govt. The only way jagan can win this is by making 50 MLAs RESIGN. | ||

i think it matters how many seats Congress has on its own. so meeru ane disqualify mark is not set with respect to 294 but to the real congress strength which is 157 so you tell me what(numbers) will it take to disqualify Jagan MLA's or vice versa if they split 55-60 is what he needs 80+ 11(TRS) + 2(BJP)+ 60(JAGAN assuming he gets) + 2(PRP)=155, govt will be in minority kada?
