i have to gain 25 pounds manchi food seppandi.....fan on sethey atu itu padipothuna.....right now my diet samll breakfast is 12 boiled eggs 32 oz orange juice gritz/sausage/biscuit n gravy then lunch gatorade with i jumbo pack biryani either siken or mutton evening light snack...two curry puffs....four cchiken or turkey mince puffs oka lota coffeee six pack coors light tagaka ... dinner rice with prwan fry and fish pulusu...then sambar rice...then yougurt rice...finsing with icecream cake desert. jst ithey thinttunuu daily elagiana oka pathika poundlu peritattu soodandi....flease |
