now we have facilities.

most imporatantly we MUST take care of our physical body. ee gen kids lo after 60s no body will take care of us except ourselves. so try to be active as much as possible and pray that we should die silently one fine day without any issues.

the only way i found out to loose weight is to eat only one time for one full month. I usually do it in kartika maasam. meals only in the evening. maree tattukolekapote madhyannam okati ara fruits otherwise water

i bet you will loose 10lbs atleast.

i have to gain 25 pounds manchi food seppandi.....fan on sethey atu itu padipothuna.....right now my diet

samll breakfast is
12 boiled eggs
32 oz orange juice
gritz/sausage/biscuit n gravy

then lunch
gatorade with i jumbo pack biryani either siken or mutton

evening light snack...two curry puffs....four cchiken or turkey mince puffs oka lota coffeee

six pack coors light tagaka ...
dinner
rice with prwan fry and fish pulusu...then sambar rice...then yougurt rice...finsing with icecream cake desert.

jst ithey thinttunuu daily elagiana oka pathika poundlu peritattu soodandi....flease
