My name is Prabhakar Rao, I am a computer science professor working in University of Brazil. I made some analysis on Chandrababu Naidu. Especially, in the wake of Nagam agitation this is good time to present this article to our greatandhra community. About 10 years ago, whatever Naidu did, it was a hit - Raitu Bazars, Dial your CM, Janma Bhoomi, eSeva, Clean & Green, Rainwater preservation, File Clearance weeks, Surprise Visits etc. But what happened to those visionary ideas of Naidu? Why no visionary statement coming from him nowadays? Why whatever Naidu does today, it looks like cheap tricks? Why does no one trust him today? He sanctioned one engineering college and one medical college to every district. With that, lot of farmers’ kids went to USA. Even they are not in a position to trust him today. Lets discuss.... LACK OF IDEAS Whatever Naidu implemented as a visionary, those are not from Naidu. Those ideas came from visionary IAS officers. Today, those IAS officers are not with him. Naidu's greatness is listening to those ideas and picking them and implementing them. Today, he lost all those officers. So he is lacking ideas. He should have hired retired IAS officers. But I dont think he is thinking in that direction. NO STRATEGISTS While Rajasekhar reddy was there, KVP implemented so many innovative strategies. Naidu is lacking them. Naidu doesn't trust his shadow also. Atleast his opponents brought this up and good strategists besides him were being ignored. Problem with Naidu is, he doesn't promote them politically nor projects them in media. The only strategist he has at this moment is Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu. But Gali changed parties several times and he criticized Naidu badly in the past. Gali's statements have lot of obscenity. Though Karunanidhi and Jayalalitha are arch-rivals politically, even today Karuna while criticizing Jaya, he uses the word AMMAYAR. It sounds and resembles the word as Mother Theresa and Annie Besant. But in Andhra, political leaders use very bad words that started with Gali. Again, naidu got negative marks in encouraging that foul language on opponents. If Naidu encourages constructive criticism, all leaders and parties will follow him. ALWAYS COPYING Jayaprakash realized ground realities of paddy crops and farmers. He started agitations, Jagan followed him. Finally, Naidu copied them. These kind of copycat actions made Naidu lose his value in public. ALWAYS SELF GOALING Naidu's '2 eye' policy on Telangana is self goal. He used words like..."Since Andhra got ruled by British for 200 years, Telangana was underdeveloped and even Telangana independence came 2 years later. Instead, he should have used words like..."I am always Telangana sympathizer, I always want their progress. If someone asks me out of Andhra and Telangana, first Telangana word comes to my mind though it is not intended. Since, the development in Telangana and other certain areas of north Andhra and Anantapur comes first in my mind than Hyderabad and Andhra". But clever Jagan is exactly using this word. "Golden Telangana in Green Andhra Pradesh" NAGAM AGITATION Naidu promoted Nagam with health ministry. Nagam was opposition leader while Rajasekhar Reddy was ruling. At one point, All Telugu Desam MLAs were lilliputs in front of mighty Rajasekhar Reddy. Only Nagam effectively criticized Rajasekhar Reddy and his supporter Bellary Mining Reddy. Today, Jaipal Reddy is trying to bring Nagam to Congress. Again, Naidu used cheap tricks. Instead, he could have said.." Jaipal Reddy and me worked hard to bring down monopolistic congress party from central. He was a loyal friend to me. Today, I dont digest why Jaipal is doing this to Telugu Desam party. Jaipal is doing "counting bamboos of house, where he got hospitality(tinna intivasalu lekkapedtunnadu). NTR promoted Jaipal in several occasions. Congress party wants to split Telugu Desam. And as long as Nagam was in Telugu Desam he was treated with highest respect". If Naidu used these words, he can hit two birds with one bullet. The more Nagam does YAGI, the more this statement would affect Jaipal and congress party. But poor Naidu is believing on cheaptricks and lost his legendary vision. May be its high time for the state to develop ...now we need new leaders, new blood, clean politicians, respectable and constructive opponents. God bless Andhra, Rayalaseema, & Telangana, Telugus in Abroad (especially Brazil) & Great Andhra.
