Ratan Tata is getting annoying these days. Seems like some kind of insecurity after the radia tapes exposed him. Ambani's house might be vulgar and all but it really is none of his business to comment. The image I had of ratan tata is now tarnished. The comments he gave about the corus employees is also unnecessary, will only damage employee morale and then playing cheap dirty divisive politics by saying managers dont work hard but workers work hard. | ||

even in Indian PSUs there are no in out timings for managers and above. they are expected to come and stay in the office when ever required. I have seen this in BEL ECIL BDL and NPCIL. in DRDO if you are a scientist, you can't go out of town with out informing your boss even during holidays. position brings responsibility. if your company is in a crisis you must go extra mile. | ||
