- Most of the Problem is puchase value devaluation of Rupee - Why Govt of India turns blind eye on Wastage of Food in Godowns - Why Govt not able to provide storage facilities, whcih formers can utilize It is an deliberate attempt by recent Govts, to appease US govt and Muti nationals and break the back of Indian former. Shame on Govt of India has not take up Single "Good" Major Infrastrucure Project (except High ways) Prices in India are not driven bY ECONOMICS , simply by Political deicisions and Hoarding. India is developing economy and Us is developed economy similar to growth stock vs Bluechip. US economy is at stable stage which grows arnd 3-4% pa where as India is in growth mode growing 10%. Ika recent IT Jobs, Call centers, Medical transcription etc new economy jobs and flight of people town from villages all had ripple effect on Indian prices. Take the case of Hyd. In the last decade its population has grown like anything. So rents have grown have 3 or 4 fold. Prices go up mainly because of oil. India lo sonthanga oil refineries levu on the scale of middle east or even Alska.
