it depends on position annai if they are looking for someone who is ready to be productive from day 1 on development activities and par with the on going team then they don't compromise for rate or experience. If the candidate is for support or if it is a product or back office kind of roles then they usually tend to go for low cost. | ||

I did not realize that billing rate plays a huge role in interviews. Phone screen lo konchem miss ayyi billing rate high untey, on-site ki kooda pilavadam ledu. Phone screen lo just average, on-site lo almost complete failure (fresh graduate) ayinaa kooda, 'gamble' cheddaam, he is coachable annatlu teesukuntunnaaru, billing rate low untey. Learned quite a bit. Manager's facial expressions loney telisipothoo undi ee madhya what the decision might be, even before I finish my technical interview. An idea is like a Virus. |
