Keep a bottle of ajwain(wamu) powder at work - boil a pinch of this powder in a cup of water in the microwave - sip this decoction- it helps clearing the cold. Same with cummin (jeera powder) - warm jeera water helps too .. Turmeric is the ultimate anti-inflammatory - adding a pinch of turmeric to the warm water helps keep throat infections at bay.. My younger one has allergies in spring - I do not want to give him claritin /nasonex so ee chitkala to manage chestunna ... After 16 years in US, finally, this year trouble started a couple of weeks ago. Runny nose and sneezing, too much ga. Honey trick try seyyala. What I noticed is, cold drinks are aggravating my situation, warm/room temp. drinks are helping me with the symptoms. | ||

Manual di vadara or the electric one ? I am asking cos the manual one requires you to tilt your head etc while the electronic one does not - my colleague was telling me she had trouble using the manual too with neck pain etc, but the electric one worked for her... A colleague of my husband also said it worked like a charm for her kid...
