ippude check chesa...iphone 4 has new technology micro-SIM, regular size SIM will not fit. but iphone ante mozu unte, buy a 3GS model in craigslist and give it to Y. or even ATT lo kooda inka 3GS ammuthunnaru...but new 3GS and give it to Y. remember X need to pay phone price + ETF and 1 or 2 months service. you cannot cancel service on day 1 itself. www.prajarajyam.org - The account has been suspended. | ||

Not just the price of the phone, X need to pay ETF for breaking the contract. Also X will be in trouble for breaking the contract even though ETF is paid. Trouble in the sense - credit related issues. In future he again tries to break the contract by paying ETF, companies might look at X suspiously. On top of that, iphone 4 has different sim card, not sure Indian sims will fit into that or not. thammudoo .. i am confused .. X buys ipone in USA X then gives it to Y who is in India .. Y will pay the price of iphone like 299$ for 32 GB Y will then unlock and start using it in India with a GSM SIM card ... now will there be any loss to X in this whole thing ? what can Y do to cover up that financial loss ?
