I am hoping that YSR had some good intentions of creating all these new cultivable land...his idea was to double the cultivable land with the completion of all the projects.. It was a good intention..badly executed..I would give the benefit of doubt by saying that..instead of branding it as a money swindling scheme...I think he thought the people who got the projects would probably execute them..with a cost over run....hence he even gave them advances for starting projects .but he would have never imagined that they never even start.. | ||

this is the latest status anukonta: With the Congress government reconciling to be realistic about its prestigious Jalayagnam programme, it has decided to give priority in fund allocation to 43 projects that are in various stages of progress and ensure their completion within three years.
