i do not agree with this annai. its not an easy mission from an intelligence perspective. this guy is being helped by locals, and may be even through govt agencies. I can imagine the time it takes to weed out false leads, i mean they cannot relax on any lead, and follow up on until they hit a road block. and this one it seems has been followed upon since 4 years, so kind of estimate the time and patience it takes to follow up.
