So India lo unnappudu, WFH chesi ikkada salary padedi thanaki for 4 months, so those dates cannot be used for recapture  Athanu FTE, so company is asking 3000$ for Recapture filing, idi nijamena? So meeru suggest chese dani prakaram H1 filing for Extension in Aug modaletti, along with that Recapture ki kooda file cheseyyamantara to be on a safer side? | ||

he can file extension before 6 months..so aug lo recapture tho patu extension file cheste with those dates..oct lo regular process lo gc file chesukunte better..oct lo file cheyyakapoina extension lo gain avutundi kabatti its good..also its better to go for a premium for h1 xtension | ||

while extension apply u can capture. if ur out of country but you 'EARNED SALARY' then u cant claim. if ur out of country and did not get paid /not worked then u can claim. 365 days labour filing is not the end of the world. if u get labour filed and approved in the 6th year or just before MAXOUT, still u can get future extensions kRUshITHO nAsthee dURbhikSHAM!! H1 6 yrs expiring on 10/11/2012. Also need to get the extension for 6th year by Dec 15th 2011(current I797 expires Dec 15th 2011). I have almost 7 months out of country dates to recapture. I need to start the GC and if everything(advertising etc) is fine we can file PERM by 10/11/2011. If we could not file the PERM by 10/11/2011(by the end of 5th year), there is a chance to recapture the dates to get the extra time. My question is, can I recapture the dates even after Oct 2011 or shall I have to do it before itself. Secondly, can I do it with the 6th year H1 extension that I have to file. Maa friend ki above issue undi, komchem suggestions ivvandi. |
