enduk vaya swamingarlaku politics. people like AH and BRD are distracting the cause. instead of fighting for a better law making bodies through democratic means they want to use the dissent among the people to create more bureaucracy. i like their passion but at the end it is causing more harm than good. why not enter politics, built parties according to your ideologies and convince people like a political party should. points from below speech of BRD- 1) Independent lokpal body that is all powerful. Great. But who is going to elect/select its members ? You cannot pick 5 good people and say be the committee. we are already seeing the result of that with jan lok pal committee. the biggest flaw of jan lok pal is they made the ruling govt part of it instead of opposition 2) he wants death sentences for corruption. how about death sentences for crime first. you can get away with murder if you have money and power. what is the use of having laws when there is no implementation. who should enforce this death for corruption laws ? the same courts that take 20 years to acquit a murderer ? 3) classic. stop printing big notes. really? that is going to reduce corruption? but of course he is better than politicians who benefit from their posts to amass wealth. just channelize the nations energy into better politics not whimsical demands that will result in more govt bodies that become counter productive eventually if pro the opposite of con what is the opposite of progress | ||
