The Hyderabad FRO (Foreigners Registration Office) and the Cyberabad FRO were jointly upgraded to a FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office) in February. Since that time, the two offices have remained separate until they can merge into one office. Unfortunately, the Cyberabad jurisdiction FRRO had to vacate its premises. As a result, the following temporary changes will be in effect until the new joint office is established: 1. The Cyberabad jurisdiction office has been moved to: Foreigners Regional Registration Office, Opposite Hotel Ashoka, Lakdi-Ka-Pul, Hyderabad. This office will only accept new visa extension applications between 11:00 a. m. and 4:00 p. m. 2. The new FRRO registration cases for the Cyberabad jurisdiction will now need to be submitted at the Hyderabad jurisdiction office of the FRRO Hyderabad. The office address is: Office of the Commissioner of Police – Hyderabad, Purani Haweli, Chatta Bazaar, Hyderabad. This office will only accept new FRRO registrations between 2:00 p. m. and 4:00 p. m. BAL Comment Until the joint office is established, there may be further changes in the process for these two jurisdictions. If the child is having PIO, they have to get it registered..just to be on the safe side..lekunte..Hyderabad airport lo depart ayye tappudu kirkiri chestaru.. ee department matram kotha commissioner office deggara ledu..deeniki still old commissioner office (naya pul) deggaraki povali..there is a separate department which deals with this.. daaniki separate form untadi anukonta..you have to take pictures of the kid, which is right opposite to that office and submit it and after 5/6 days you will have to go there and get it i have done this in 2006..so not sure if they are doing it from the nayapul office or they moved that department to the regular commissioner office..check it out | ||
