This may since have been overridden by other studies - let me know if you saw specific attribution to seeds .. It's easy to remove tomato seeds

I've heard different things about tomato seeds which has got high percentage of oxalic acid.... This can cause kidney stones... I still haven't done any research if the seeds are digested or not..

Tomato seeds kadu anukunta...
From stuff I read over a decade ago- tomato lo oxalic acid untundi - when cooked with calcium rich ingredients it forms calcium oxalate which forms stones if you do not consume enough water. Hence not a good idea to regularly cook spinach , broccoli , cauliflower with tomato ani.

This may since have been overridden by other studies - let me know if you saw specific attribution to seeds .. It's easy to remove tomato seeds :-)
