its pretty much normal to go thru admin processing for h4 also. if your friend's spouse's h1 are all proper, then i don't see any issue for h4 stamping. www.prajarajyam.org - The account has been suspended. | ||

Hi...The same thing happened for my Friend's wife last year...They gave some form when she went for H4 but kept all the documents.Within 3 weeks they stamped her H4. PS: she didnt have a h1 before. | ||

Friend went to India a few months ago. Her H1 got rejected and after a month she went for H4 processing. They referred to her rejected H1 and put her H4 in admin processing. Is it common for H4 to go thru admin process? |
