Remember 1996. we won against strong Pak team and wild celebrations were every where in the country. People really fired up to the semifinal... they thought that India was invincible against Srilanka... even though group stage matches already proved otherwise. Sachin stump out wrecked everything. rest of the batsmen couldn't withstand the pressure. weak minds in the stadium went onto start an arson. that match still one of the saddest day in Indian cricket history. I am really sensing same pattern here. impending disaster on second April 2011 for Indian cricket? again? |
