I don't agree dhoni had his plusses and minuses. He tried to push near in his 2nd spell immediately after Patel took a wicket to prove his was not incorrect decision in picking nehra. He changed bowlers often which was good This real estate is for sale. | ||

yes ..he confessed that , he misread the pitch. But nehra was good . Probably he was guilty of his bowling with SA ans he came back strongly today. I think for final , we can replace munaf with Ashwin. Or we can replace kohli with Yusuf ...yusuf spin might be useful Sehewag , Sachin , Gambhir , Yuvi , Raina , Dhoni , yusuf , Ashwin , Bhajji , Nehra and zaheer is my team for final. The general perception based on historic records was that Mohali favors fast bowlers. Basically fast bowlers thrive here compared to spinners. This was proved in the earlier WC games here. So Dhoni did right thing, however we doubted Nehra based on his poor performance in the earlier game. But basically the pitch helped all kinds of bowlers. They mis-read the pitch. They thought it would be more of a batting pitch, but surprisingly to every body the pitch slowed down drastically. So Dhoni's decision to go with extra pace bowler in stead of a spinner was successful as he planned. | ||

Absolutely. Greatest trait Dhoni has is cool and stoic nature. He does not get perturbed that easily. He remains calm and composed even in terrible stressful situations. Secondly he gives lot of freedom to bowlers and does not annoy them like many other captains. | ||

Yes in Q.finals and S.finals....he replaced yusuf pathan with suresh raina and Raina finished decently in the later overs in both matches Today...he replaced ashwin with Nehra and Nehra produced nice peroformance | ||
