no problem.. i saw him on TV...for 90 seconds ..dribbling the ball in one corner with 4 pakistani defenders trying to grab the ball from him..which they could not grab from him...with the likes of Hassan Sardar also being one amongst the 4...this happened in Lal bahadur stadium.. | ||

sir, game switching from maidan to grass is not a problem for me..why did they change the shape of the stick..the reduced the width of stick and made the angle more acute..also they changed the rules around off side..so that people can scoop over the in-field all the way to the other end..( i guess the off side rule is OK)..but not changing the shape of the stick.. | ||

Hockey game ni sedadobbindi Aus/Ger and other western nations..mana(ind and pak) vallu dribbling baaga sestaru ani seppi..stick width tagginchi..game ni astro turf meeda mandatory sesaru..knowing that poor countries like us cannot afford astro turf in every city .. -- I have friend of colleague in office who is a hockey umpire....we talk about hockey all the time.. Hockey played in maidans yes suited subcontinent teams.....but moving every game evolved.....just because we couldnt keep our domination we cannot say other guys have cheated us..... and this cannot be compared to what is allowed in cricket to bowl the way Malinga does..... a deformity cannot be given a reservation and pushed through by bending rules......he cannot bowl like others do....so we allow him to through....... we allowed one and then an other comes from the same nation......
