Seemandhra cops to guard T'gana installations! Cheemu netturu Siggu Lajja Maanam Pranam meeda Abimaanam unte randi Simandhra Pulice ni face seyaandi raa Adilabad/Nijambad/Warangal/Karimnagar t vaadulara laara The vital installations in the vulnerable Telangana region will now be guarded by police forces drawn from Semandhra districts. The hardcore Telangana protagonists may find this an irksome scenario, but that is going to be the reality. The central paramilitary forces, deployed in Telangana region last year in view of the volatile situation, are being sent back. They will now be posted in the five states where Assembly elections are to be held from next month. Following the withdrawal of the central forces, which will commence from Monday, the state police department has drawn up a plan to maintain the same level of alertness in the Telangana region which is witnessing a sustained statehood movement. As per this plan, additional forces are being requisitioned from Seemandhra region for deployment in and around Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Medak, Mahaboobnagar and other districts. Since last year, the central forces have been posted at vital installations in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy district and also to guard software companies concentrated in the state capital. They will now be replaced by Seemandhra police forces. The Telangana proponents have been steadfastly opposing the deployment of central forces in the region. |
