If you have a valid visa stamping no need of transit visa....but a person on EAD/Ad Parole usually visa stamping expire ayi untadi and they ask for transit visa!

Ofcourse, idi lufthansa ki apply kadu. Lufthansa lo vellali ante agent better. American, Eithad, Emirates, British (only round trip not one way), Qatar etc ki valla website or vayama.com better.
