Sanman:
came to know today that a company in India just rejects CV's from A.P body-shopping companies, just because A.P people fake things a lot. |

Ashton:do you think this would ever happen in a country like India ?
doesn't matter what country it is. the logistics of it are the same. if there is money in the business more people will come into it. there is no govt involved in it so there will be healthy competition. credibility is the key to that service and if they don't have it you know they are not going to survive the competition for long. either they have to change their ways or lose clients acharya chanakya ne kaha hai jis des mein jitna jyaada tax hoga us des ke nagrik unta garib hothe hai - Baba Ramdev |

Sanman:dont worry the problem will sort itself out. the company's credibility is at stake so once the word comes out that a particular company is doing that, they will be out of business

Brother no one to be blamed..IT is/was never a talent business, it's demand supply business.. Suppose genuine candidate gets into infosys..and there is an urgent requiremnt somewhere onsite..don't you thing managers won't try to fabricate candidate's resume to suit clients needs..what is company doing here? is it not faking? |

dont worry the problem will sort itself out. the company's credibility is at stake so once the word comes out that a particular company is doing that, they will be out of business and in the end only reputable background check companies will thrive. power of private acharya chanakya ne kaha hai jis des mein jitna jyaada tax hoga us des ke nagrik unta garib hothe hai - Baba Ramdev |

Is it true that people in India get away with background checks by faking it? you pay 25k to have your background check turnout to be positive and shows n number of experience based on your needs.... How stupid has the country become? and the saddest part is most of the fake background checks are done in AP. |
