Bro i have been researching this for few days and this is what i found. 1. You can get a cheaper insurance from India like ICICI Lombard Reliance Bajaj ect but if anything happens and you have to go for some big emergency you will have to pay it here and the you can reimburse it in India. Getting a Reimbursement in India is a big hassle and too much tension for parents. 2. No insurance here in US will cover for Pre-existing conditions like BP Sugar..Even if some one gets Heart attack and he has BP or Sugar it will be considered as Pre existing and it will not cover. These insurances are good if you have any accidents or falls or injuries. 3.Many of my friends suggest to buy either Atlas or Patriot America insurance. Atlas America Insurance has coverage for pre-existing conditions up to $15,000.
