no, you cannot chuck with your wrist... you are free to use the wrist as u wish...you can spin with it, bounce with it...or bowl a cutter.....you can flex, extend or rotate your wrist as u wish...no kochens asked | ||

Venky...As long as your are rotating the arm around the shoulder joint, you are not chucking....You don't need to bowl from above the shoulder joint....The laws are clear... at one time, even under arm bowling was legal....it was made illegal after that infamous chappell incident...but then in underarm bowling, you don't rotate your arm around the shoulder joint.... finally...1. rotate the arm around the shoulder joint 2. do not straighten the elbow beyond 15 degrees That's all there is to legality of bowling I am sure about this  | ||

I am sure this will be a cracker of a game.
