We make it very frequently... goes well with tomoto or ginger chutney.

Even my daughter likes it big time...

Indaka TGIF thread lo cheppanu, idi chala easy, evaraina antey mana DB youth kuda easy ga chesukovocchu... koncham preperation Bagara rice laga vuntundi

Ingredients

1 cup Rice
Yendu mirchi
Thiragamatha ki vesey pappulu
Jeelakarra
Oil/Ghee

Preperation

First oka Bandi teesukondi, Nellore vollaki Bandali teesukondi

Add rice to bandi and fry them with out oil/ghee, garita tho rice ni mix cheyyandi, so that they wont stick to the bottom of your pan

Let them turn into light wheatish color, ayyaka rice voka bowl/plate lo teesi pakkana pettukondi

Take a bowl in which you make rice

Add two teaspoons of oil, heat ayyaka, add jeera, yendu mirchi and thiragamatha pappulu and let them fry for a while

Add two glasses of water to the mixture and add salt for taste and let it boil(bubbles vocchey varaku boil cheyyandi)

Boil avuthunna water lo Rice vesi voka sari mix chesi, mootha petteyyandi

Rice voka sari pongaka, swim lo petti 5-10 mins vunchandi, anthey Avisi podi aipoyyindi

Manam rice ni without oil fry chesam kabatti, each grain will be seperate.

Deeniki best combination vocchi Onion+chilli+tomato Raitha, other best combinations are

Egg Karam
any Chutney
Chips
Papad


Vurikey recepie teesukuntey kudaradu, ela vocchindo kuda cheppandi Venjoy!!!
