Any foreign thing consumed by the body are called xenobiotics and have a myriad of effect on the "non-linear" complex human system, the effect over time cannot be measured. As a matter of fact, fully cooked food is also a xenobiotic, and the body treats it as a medicine. Some have good efects and some have bad. Also, note that everything the body does is NOT for its own good. How about random mutations leading to cancer. Holistic approaches are not the norm when survival is in immediate danger. | ||
