Idle: H1 transfer without recent paystub would be suicidal, esp when the officer asks for it and your lawyer replies no it. Only one complication: If you dont have the paystub, then it implies, you are staying in this country illegally as one day without pay is suppose to be illegal stay. This will lead in H1 approval but with I797B, implying: petition is approved but immigrant cannot work unless a visa is obtained in the home country. Ante, you must leave the country and get the visa to enter back. Ok, if you leave for visa, then the visa officer will catch you on the point that, you stayed in usa without working for atleast x number of days (since you lastpay stub). This will result in debarring you from entering this country from 3yrs to 99 yrs. Nenu cheppindi mazaak gaa teesukoku. In this db, there's always someone watching you!!  | ||

its not like every visa officer asks for payslips and w2, i went to nogales, near tuscon, arizona and she did not ask me for paystubs or w2, one of my friend went to canada and they didnt ask him for them either , kaani last year , maa consultancy lo okathaniki payslips soopinchaledu ani tranfer approve cheyyaludu, so he called my employer and fax cheyinchukunnadu, it all depends on situation and mood of the officer kaani as per rules payslips and w2 are must documents, check list lo kooda unnayi avi worst in worst avi lekapothe H1 transfer approve cheyyaru, they will ask you to get them and come the following day | ||
