if u r exempt frm quota (which i believe is the case), you don't have to wait till oct..immediate ga work start cheyochu.. transfer aite file cheseyyi mama....quota lo ki oste mee new employer lawyer gadu kudaradu quota reached antadu..ni side ninchi delay cheyaku..act ASAP..send all the docs and tell the lawyer to initiate the transfer.. | ||

bro, ni kotha profit company H1B expenses evaru pedutunnaru? mee employer aite why do you care, let the processing begin....my best guess is that transfers, be it frm profit to non-profit or vice versa, are always exempt frm quotas..check with ur new firm's lawer and file for the transfer..worst case, if u r transfer is not exempt from quota, ur transfer will not be processed.....this will not impact ur current non profit h1b by any means.. | ||

yes non-profit h1b is diff from profit...it wont come under quota....so many ppl say first u need to be under quota....which is like regular h1b...
