OK...so resignation adigina employer desi employer aa?? in which case, nothing to worry...if ur friend's bil is currently working, he will have atleast 2-3 pay stubs that were generated on F1-CPT status..so using those pay stubs and his existing client/vendor letters, his employer can file for a change of status to H1B visa....and in the application, his resignation letter will serve as an objective evidence that the beneficiary has no intentions to stay/work 'unlawfully' in the US.. all the best.. | ||

Do you know THE STATE THAT GETS MAXIMUM RANKS IN IIT-JEE IS ANDHRA PRADESH? Till 1995-96 TOTAL ENGINEERING COLLEGES IN ANDHRA PRADESH WERE ONLY 20-22? CAPITATION FEE system was not there and Engineering seats were through Common Entrance Test (EAMCET)! During that time THE STATES THAT HAD PRIVATE ENGINEERING COLLEGES WHICH TAKE CAPITATION FEE WERE TAMILNADU, KARNATAKA, MAHARASTRA.....not ANDHRA!!! Many rich guys who don't get seats in AP ENGG COLLEGES used to study by paying donation in other states! So other states ENCOURAGED DONATION SYSTEM heavily! Only around 1996 as all the money going to other states ANDHRA Govt gave permission to set up Private Engg colleges which collect capitation! Not only FAKE UNIVERSITIES man....if you go to any reputed UNIVERSITY in USA also you will see 60-70% MS Students from ANDHRA PRADESH!! So STOP PROJECTING ANDHRITES TO BE DOING ENGG AND MS ONLY IN "B" OR "C" GRADE COLLEGES! Back in 1992 itself from my reputed ENGG COLLEGE out of 70 electronics and computers graduates 80% came to USA for MS and they all are CITIZENS now. Don't generalize....there are ROTTEN ones here and there....that does not mean you have liberty to comment on complete state! | ||

In the meanwhile suitable alliances come their way as they are educated here . The poor brides father thinks its an Ivy league sells land and gets his daughter married .. She is also an engineer or MCA .. They come here after marriage and either study or join a body shop .. H4 to h1 transfer and now the family becomes a 150k Networth .. annually.. By that time they get EAD and they would have flipped the 3rd employer for $7 more .. Over drinks and chicken 65 they will talk about Seperate Telangana .. Nobody gives horse **bleep** about that but it is a topic they are most comfortable with | ||
