My favs: -Egg tacos - scramble eggs , add jalapenos and roll in a whole wheat tortilla. If you are worried about cholesterol remove/reduce yolks Its filling and the protein and fat keeps you from feeling hungry for some time. -Oatmeal with raisins/figs ,almonds, granola and a little brown sugar with cinnamon. -Apple or banana or a fruit salad with a handful of almonds/pecans. aa chal ke tujhe main leke chalu ik aise gagan ke tale jahan gam bhi na ho, aansoo bhi na ho,bas pyaar hi pyaar pale |
