My favs:

-Egg tacos - scramble eggs , add jalapenos and roll in a whole wheat tortilla.
If you are worried about cholesterol remove/reduce yolks:-)Its filling and the protein and fat keeps you from feeling hungry for some time.

-Oatmeal with raisins/figs ,almonds, granola and a little brown sugar with cinnamon.

-Apple or banana or a fruit salad with a handful of almonds/pecans.

Thank u thank u.. oka excel sheet load setunna.. Granola bars unnayi. I actually started taking a shake in the mornings. Greens first brand. 1 glass water lo 1 cup mix chesi taagali. Apparently has effect of 10+ fruits and veggies. Fiber missing ani additions sutunna
