Upppu.....naa question enti ante... Question 1: Naku inko 2 years of H1B migili vundi. If I enter US on advanced parole, I will have to come to EAD... In that case, if I have any issues with 485 in future, Can I use my remaining 2 years of H1B then???? Question 2: Mine used to be EB3 category. I got it upgraded to EB2. If my 485 gets rejected in EB2 with the reason that I am not eligible for EB2, do I still have my EB3?? Mine is a fortune 100 semiconductor company and hopefully there shouldnt be any issue. I am on my H1B and I need to get it stamped to return to USA. I am not getting it stamped, but using my advanced parole. Would there be any issues?? I have both EAD and AP. I am on my 5th year H1B. |
