Arbaaz Khan confirmed that South producers have approached him for the rights, but he wishes to maintain creative control over the movie and will be involved even in the South remake. Arbaaz maintains that Dabangg is extremely close to his heart and he will not have anyone twist and turn it according to their likes and dislikes.
