One of my friends built his home in b'lore few years back. One of those humongo mansions. He did it all without paying any bribes. He used to go to whatever office everyday. He told anyone and everyone I am not going to pay and I don't mind coming everyday. In the end the various officers got frustrated and sanctioned each and everything. It took a lot of patience and perseverance, but it worked. He said by the time construction was done he was so frustrated with the system in India he wanted to come back here. I always shoot for the moon. I miss. But, I am happy that I am still amongst the stars. | ||
