nuvvu naa pakka cube lo untaava...my colleague is going thru the same for ur second Q...you will get new h1 for the remaining 2 years... if in the meanwhile ur 140 is approved and ur new and old employers are okay with it...u can get 3 yrs on 140 on new emp h1b | ||

PREMIUM for I-140 is only allowed for 6th year of H1b. I dont think PREMIUM is allowed before that. Unless there is a new rule recent I am correct. No PREMIUM for I140 until 6th year of h1b kRUshITHO nAsthee dURbhikSHAM | ||
