Why do you need to be close to Hi-Tech city ?

Is there someone commuting from this place to Hi-Tech city everyday?

If not, why limit only to Sikh Village, you can go anywhere

sikh village is not in out skirts.its 3 KM from begumpet.
Kukat pally lo kuda 1cr ki triplex vasthunnayi 200sqyds and 2050 built up area.

My brother and I planning to buy a house from my parents and brother family.
Some new venture started where they building new triplex indepedent houses including lift in 180 sq yards. It is located at sikh village. Total cost will be 1 crore.

I am not sure it will be good deal to put 1 crore in the sikh village which will little far away from hitech city.
