tidb lo ninna chala pedda disco ayyindi... that is a very small section of the society. BCs & SCs form a huge size of population which requires reservation... .... to counter this and education for all... there should be more infrastructure. USA lo there are more than 50 universities whose research can be compared with the level as of IITs. But USA population is one thrid of India. Which means there should be atleast 150 Universities with the level of IITs. And in my opinion IITs itself should be more than 30. Govt should not charge very moderately for the studies and then try to retain them to work in India and earn Income tax from them. Ps: Disabled Clipart2 gifs.
