if passport has not expired and he/she has a valid i797 whose expiration date is beyond the i94 expiration date...they can go to nearest CBP office(IAD, BWI or any other intl airport) and get a new i94 corresponding to the i797 expiration date..it is a 30 min process visa is only for entry..it doesnt matter is visa has expired | ||
