...ippudu US lo adam sandler ani actor peru ini untar...he has tremendous mass appeal for the kind of goofy flicks he is famous for...he releases a flick its bound to cross 100mil dollar mark...consistent gaa he scores that figure more consistent than tom cruise or a will smith and he is not a big critics fav...and he always works with columbia/sony pics...and he gets paid a lott for each movie... But sometimes he wants to do different cinema...like "punch drunk love"...bordering more on drama than the comedy which is his bread n butter..right...then when a punch drunk love is released the critics are impressed...it scores at the film festivals n wat not and above all adam sandler gets to satisfy the artist in him...and for this whole thing to happen samdler cuts down his remuneration which brings the production budget to pretty low and then they have limited releases and they treat it as a special flick...not like a mass flick...and everyone works for it for a low salary...and obviously the movie was not a success commercially yet no one said its a flop... now when it comes to telugu movies...why would they have a mass n wide release for an apadhbhandhavudu....maa nellorollu alanti cinemalo meenaxi wet saree lo osthey vulgar comments estha unnaru theatre lo...maaki alanti bomma 5 theatres lo avasarama??? oka 10c lo bomma complete chesi odhalocchu kadha when they know that its a special movie... |
