Some companies have these rules under Managed Services. Technically, contractors means resources needed for a short period 3-12 months. Anything more than that basically means you need a FTE. However, lot of managers tend to resource their teams with contractors to meet their FTE limits and that will actually cost the company a lot more than FTE. You can ask your manager if the rule is valid for the account or per person? If it is per account, may be you can continue to work through a different vendor. | ||
