2 years nundi was going to GYM never discontnued max was for a week or 3 days...Desam wellinna podune University road meedha walking sesa ...

emi jarigindho ekakda teda wastundho ardam katalle... gundraga potta kani new development is upper body cuts and oka pack ....desma lo pahilwan lalaga ayya potta tho and meedha kandalatho ....

ee gundrati potta podaniki emanna speacial exercises unnaya??

new development is body is full fit and flexible i can do more wt's more squarts ....kani daridram is potta ....
