call customer service first. With in 30 days you should receive your Physical card in mail once it has been Ordered, in your case its been 6 weeks you haven't received anything from them. So call them immediately and notify the delay. | ||

Mamalu..I applied for my EAD extension and it had been approved on oct 10th. The status currently shows Card/ Document Production . Its been almost 6 weeks and i still haven't received the card. What should i do? Whom do i call and ask?If the card is lost in Mail can i apply for a duplicate and how long does it take? Please advise |
