Geetha Reddy who is touted to become the new speaker of the Andhra Pradesh assembly said that she appeals to both YS Jagan and his mother YS Vijayalakshmi to take back their resignations. She also said that even in the case they do not take back their resignations, there would not be any danger to the Congress party. "Watch my words, he will come back to the Congress party after few months or years which can be found on how legends like Chenna Reddy, Kasu Brahmananda Reddy and even his father, YSR left the party and later rejoined it" she reminded. On the other hand, other Congress leaders like Jana Reddy, Danam Nagendar,Pitani etc were very vocal in their criticism of YS Jagan. "He did a grave injustice to the Sonia by making his followers burn the effigies of Sonia Gandhi. He should have stopped his followers" they said. They also claimed that there would not be any danger to the party as very few MLAs are with YS Jagan. | ||
