recipe as it is gaa gurthu ledu...anand gaaru has posted detailed one...this was from sometime back

for stuffing: ground lamb/goat nee oka fry cheyyali with onions, garam masala, ginger garlic etc...till the oil separates a bit

chicken/turkey nee ...baaga butter , marinade tho marinate sesi...ground meat tho stuff chesi , oven lo toseyya

This is the 1st year that I'll be bringing my turkey. I watched a cooking show last night and wrote down a few ingredients I'd need.Am I leaving out anything? How long should I cook this? I was thinking about 10-12 hrs or so.Below is what I'm planning to use for cooking.

To Cook a 15 pound turkey

3 gallons of cold water
2 cups Kosher Salt
1 cup of sugar
peppercorns
all spice
garlic
fresh sage
fresh rosemary
fresh thyme
bay leaves
