I remember getting a 2 wheeler perm licence from RTA office sometime around 1996,1998. Jumped to US few years later. Went to RTA office to see if i could get a duplicate issued.gave them my date of birth and name. The lady ran a sql query something like... where col = 'DD-MM-YYYY' AND name = 'my first name'... naada tried again this time with 'DD-MON-YYYY' ... nada enduko doubt vacchi asked that lady to just search for records with my date of birth... NADA... identi..asalu okka record kuda ledu on that day ante.. she said perhaps feed cheyyaledemo andi ani cheppindi.. so will have to start the process with the learners permit ani cheppindi.. malli unko shock..no dates available under second week of next month anta.. had no choice but to take it.. later in the evening went to honda showroom to buy honda activa... malli shock.. 3 months waiting period anta.. sare once i get the vehicle how long does it take for registration ani adugute he said 15 days.. cha... bad day |
