Compulsory voting is literal raping of democracy. Can somebody at least define "franchise" or "suffrage"? Not only voting to somebody, but also contesting as a representative is part of right to vote. Do you mean to say everyone should contest in election and vote to somebody even if the candidate you vote is not your representative? Evey voter has three options for active-suffrage, i.e., approve, disapprove and neutral. Every voter has two options for passive-suffrage, to contest or not to contest elections.
