I heard from someone yesterday that a H1B desi guy based of nj/ny was out of work for 3 months. Later he went to local unemployment office to file unemployment benefits insurance. DHS raided his home within 1 week and deported him later back to India. DHS officials caught 100 h1B employees located in NY/NJ area who were on bench and deported them back to India. Is this true? |
