TANA TeamSquare deeply regrets to inform that a tragic accident took the life of one student and critically injured another in Nashville, Tennessee. Twins, Archana Gambiraopet and Arpana Gambraopet (24 years) Graduate students of Murray State University were critically injured and later on air lifted to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville TN. Arpana the younger of the two passed away late last night and Archana is also in a CRITIAL condition. A total five Telugu people in the car returning form an event in Nashville Tennessee, when their car was ran over by a 18 wheeler truck when trying to exit into the freeway.

Archana and Arpana Gambiraopet are very talented sisters who had represented AP in the Basketball Nationals while being very committed to education as well. They arrived into the United states from Secunderabad India on a scholarship to pursue Masters in Pharmacy at the Murray State University in Kentucky and were on their way to enroll for the final thesis before graduation at the time of this tragedy.

The father of the victims, Mr. Ravinder Gambiraopet in deeply distraught has solicited for help from TANA by communicating to the President Jayaram Komati and Secretary Mohan Nannapaneni to help with the transportation of Arpana's body to India. TANA Teamsquare has immediately responded with the logistics and has also immediately come forward to bear expenses for the transportation through its TEAMSQUARE funds. Archana remains to be in critical condition and as a community we all pray for her speedy recovery.
