passport, visa/GC/citizenship/OCI...whatever is applicable.

passport emuntundhi? left US date or enter India date. same with OCI. even GC vunnaa, how can we prove that we came back for good?

wrong..leaving for good ante 'transfer of residence' kinda you can import all household items like sofa, bed, mattress, kitchen items etc...with no import duty.

but bike compulsory ga pay cheyyali.

Ikkada 1 year mida use cheste 60% tax tho tappinchukovachu ani antaru.. but reality teliyadu..

you should get permission from transportation department to register vehicle..

even it is use they calculate 100% price of the vehicle.. which like 20k or 30k dollers

100% import duty on new bikes, but not eligible for transfer of residence.

145% import duty on used bikes. eligible for TR...i.e. title should be on your name from atleast 1 year...
